Man what a beautiful day it was. ( i said was, read this post )
Rained a little while this morning, cloudy and about 65 degrees and a light wind.
Had about 10 errands to run this morning before i could go detecting and it was like 10:00 am before i hit the school yard.
I had a good signal and it read under the 10 cent area, dug down 5 inches and found the coin, a 1978 quarter. Strange thing is, when i ran it under my detector , it still read in the 10 cent range. hmmm
I found seven more more clad quarters, 3 clad dimes, 5 clad nickles and 18 pennies, including a 1947 wheatie and an old looking button which is soaking in vinegar.
After about 2 hours i started feeling really strange( sluggish, sweating profuriously and cold chills ), time for me to head home and good thing i did. My blood sugar had dropped to 53 and i thought i was going to die.
Thank god my wife is studying to be a nurse and she knew what to do (peannut butter and orange juice) or it couldve been the end of Allen.
No pictures because i dont have the digital camera yet. But it is the first thing im getting with our stymulus package.
Thanks for looking at my post,
Allen
