Out at the beach

I went to a small local beach yesterday that I have permission to hunt as long as it's not open (It's a private RV park beach). I was hoping to find my first gold ring but that will have to wait for another day I guess. I found all new clad that was very coroded (cheap money we have now days). I found 2 quarters, 3 dimes, I nickel and 12 pennies also 4 pop tops 5 pull tops, 1 fishhook, 2 nails and one tennis ball to bring home to my dogs to play with. All together not a great find but the weather was tolerable and I was out of the house so I was happy with the days findings. Sorry not pics

A bad day detecting is still better than a good day at work! Your right about these new zinc pennies, they don't last at all. Maybe those are the ones we should collect, in 50 years, maybe there won't be many of them left cuz they just won't last! HH!
