my wife was in our pick-up bank and was trying to get 2 boxes of pennies, nickels, and dimes each, she only got one of each, and they all turned out to be skunks....but an older lady asked she what she does with so much change. My wife said she is a collector, then the lady says, you should come over to my house, my husband was a collector, and i have 9 boxes i need to cash in. :laughing9: (i only dreamed of finding something like this). so my wife went to her house and paid 400 for this coin collection!! we have been going threw it and just the american coins is over 22 ounces!! plus 10 rolls of wheat pennies. then we started going through the other coins, there are over a hundred and were bought a long time ago, some for over 15 each back then, and they are mostly from germany, france, england, and austria, and they are old! some in the 1700's and a lot in the 1800's. even some from nazi germany. i cant seem to find a decent website to put a value on these coins, and ebay is kinf of hit and miss, any help would be greatly appreciated!! we are hoping for at least a 3000 collection!!! i guess this is what a dream box feels like!!!

nice score. Just FYI, it's a lot easier to take a look at posted pics if you shrink them down a bit.

lol, ya i was using a different camera and i couldn't find out how to make them smaller, sorry :icon_scratch:

Great score!!! Looks like you have a little work ahead of you filling in the empty holes. :o

MS Office picture manager if you have it will resize pics easily and you can compress them to ease the traffic on this website.

Picture tab>Resize
Picture tab>Compress Pictures

Most, computer regardless of OS will have basic photo editing. Even MS Paint can do it.

Cheers,

This is a link to your "Nazi" coin. Unfortunately it has the words written over the church which places it in the "Scarce" category.
I have one without the words, just a picture of the church which places it in the "Rare" category.

90% silver..... :icon_thumright: :icon_thumleft:
