Before I took it to my coin/jewelry guy I started to realize nothing this valuable falls in my lap. Ever. So I took the 10k acid and put directly on charm and it bubbled and discolored it. Damn counterfeit! I did take it up there anyway because the guy that works up there is in his 70s and has decades of experience in this. Thought I would get some tips from him. While there I see a Bare Breasted Liberty and had to have her. Got to get my jollies somewhere. Shes pretty. On the way back to my truck I find this "gold" chain on the ground. Once home I look at the clasp and it says 18k and what looks like RGA? This was an easy one to solve though. A magnet stuck to it and the rust was a dead giveaway. Though in my defense I didn't have my glasses on and just looked like dirt to me. I'm on a junk jewelry streak.
