Otto Kuehn token - claim ticket?

There are several tokens with the Otto L. Kuehn name on them on the web, but I have yet to find one like this.

The unique points are Milwaukee as the location, and the "1370" stamp on it.

It measures 26mm diameter, 2mm thickness.

Does the number stamped on it refer to a specific product, batch, or claim?

Any info appreciated.

What's on the other side? I'm wondering if this was a serial number plate, maybe to have been affixed to machines, tools, etc. of the company for inventory purposes.
