Bad for Oregon SB 830 to apply study group findings

SB 830 repeals the coming 2016 moratorium but will add a new term "Biological resource habitat” means
essential indigenous anadromous salmonid habitat and habitat that is essential
to the recovery and conservation of pacific lamprey, bull trout and freshwater mollusks.

No mining in "Biological resource habitat" is still a Moratorium.

if your mining claim is in ESH they may offer an individual permit for $300.00
to protect the state to not constitute a regulatory taking.
