Hi Everyone,

I was in an empty lot and found several of these with the detector. They ring up as metal (44 on my AT Pro). But, they are not magnetic. So, I would ASSUME this is iron? Possibly cast iron? But, it is not magnetic.

The chipped corner has a bunch of shiny reflective surfaces on it.

Can anyone offer a suggestion as to what it is and if there is any value with it?

Thanks,

Patrick

If it's not magnetic, it isn't iron or steel. Aluminum stag of some sort? Is it light or heavy?

Could be. It is heavy though. This one is about 3.5 inches wide 3 inches across and about 1.5 inches tall. These are just estimates but it is heavier than a regular rock of that size.
