Orangemen Celebration medal

Found this metal around a 1880s home site, I did a google search on it and learned about the Orangemen, I could not find this same metal, mine has one loop on top others online have 2 loops... wondering if one of you guys might be able to date this medal

Right those are the same ones I seen as well but if you look at mine it only has one loop and its centered on the medal, as stated in my post..

1 loop, 2 loops, you know the organization it’s from. I’m sure there were different variations over time.

Exactly why I was trying to date the one I have since it differnt from the ones online...thanks
