i would give it a vf, im no expert though
 

VF-35, surfaces don't appear original to me, perhaps cleaned or whizzed and retoned at some point. Save your money on grading fees on this one.
 

XF, but, I agree with jerseyben, common date and not worth slabbing.

I'm no coin grading expert, but I noticed it looks like the date has some doubling?

The designs changed when the progressives decided to put dead presidents on coins and bills. Washington and Jefferson would be disgusted if they saw our coins today.
