OPA token??

I think OPA is the Office of Price Administration which used these during WW2 is some manner to ration goods. I'm sure someone could fill in the blanks on this... I figure they were pretty abundant, yet I've never seen one (let alone two). How old was that hot water heater!? Neat find! -Ben

When I was a little kid poking around in stuff at my grandparents' I found some of these tokens (red and blue) along with some food ration books.They were farmers and had live stock including milk cows so they didn't have to buy as much food as someone in town would.I still have a couple of the red tokens.The ration books didn't interest me so I didn't ask for them.Darn it!
