I found this a long time ago in upstate NY. It was deep in the woods near a colonial cellar hole. I also found a 1827 large cent at this location. It has gilt on it and what appears to be a pin attachment on the back. The rivets have a pattern on the front. There is also a T stamped in the back. Sorry about the picture quality we got a very bad storm yesterday and I'm stuck with my cheap phone as the my only internet access. The power will be out till Friday or Saturday. Can anyone tell me what this is?
