Yesterday was our first serious bottle hunt of 2012 ,finally :laughing7: The first bottle of the day was the amber " The Radio Sulfo Co Denver" with the original stopper !! we have found a few of these through the years ,but the stopper was always missing or broke off. Then had a good day of pulling glass, with an assortment of very common bottles, did get a couple of green perfumes, a Palmer perfume ,that is a fantastic teal color, and a crown perfume in a wonderful emerald green. Found the crown stopper about an hour & a half before finding the bottle . The last bottle of the day,was to be the best :headbang: a much sought after teal green "JNO.SMITH" druggists bottle from Victor Colo in the quite rare 1/2oz size needless to say, there was some dancing going on. The pic of the snowcaps was our view for the day 8-) e:laughing7:

Congrats ! Nice Bottles.

Those are some really cool bottles! That's also neat to find the stoppers still with the bottles.

Thanks for the replies all !! Epackage,The "Smiths" are KILLER ! in 1992 I dug the only known 32oz green Victor,to this day as far as anyone knows it is still the only one known . After the mothers day festivitys I will post a pic of it as well. HD

Holy smokes Pikes those are really nice. Colored glass really gets my blood pressure going up! Nice pics as well. Looks like you got the market on the Victors! Keep it going buddy. I hope to post some recent stuff too and get out this week for some more dirt slinging! Congrats on the finds. jgas

Glad you're finally getting out, that is one beautiful med!
Never, ever seen a green medicine before, from Colorado at least.

This is the 32oz Green Victor I dug in 92 or 93 ?? as far as we know it is the only example known. Notice the color difference between the 1/2oz & the 32oz. Sadly, it has a new home .

Beautiful bottles! And very nice pictures, what kind of camera are you using?

Am I right that you found these at a pretty high elevation? That skyline looks like the Himalayas!

Heepie ,about 9,400 feet.& using a Kodak V1073 . Gord,,,, don't know what to tell ya ,its colored because the glass is green not clear :dontknow:

Sorry Gord, I'm little slow, went right over my head :icon_scratch:,I finally noticed the spelling :tongue3:
