I was driving home way up in northern California and decided to water hunt in one of the many lakes we have around here. I was 200 miles north
of home and had my family in the car, so I didn't have much time. Before I waded into the water I decided to dig only medium tone targets and
ignore all the high tone, low tone, and bell tone hits. Time was a factor, so I knew I would only be digging pulltabs and gold. Well, my strategy paid off!
After two hours worth of work I had about 30 pulltabs and one marque diamond gold ring in my pouch!

Congrats, I love to hear about good finds even if they aren't mine :icon_thumright:

This is an excellent way to hunt when you don't have much time or there are other hunters in the water. Some of the lost gold rings will also be high and low tones like near Iron. Also Iron mask comes into play with the CZ20 and use of a Excal gets them all even next to nails. Main thing is to hunt when ever you can.

you missed the $25,000.00 rolex!
good huntin though.
