Hello! Okay I have one more rock, at least for now, that I am just totally stumped with! I found this odd rock during one of my casual rock hunting days over the summer and saw an opportunity to crack it open and did just that (this might have been during my fossil phase even though deep down I knew the majority of rocks around here are metamorphic and do not contain fossils). It really is such an interesting specimen (at least to me)! The inside contains a good amount of gold like material and a light gray perhaps vein of sorts? Any ideas? Thank you again! Looking forward to warmer days to find some more!
