This thing just about sealed the deal for me. Seems like obvious flow lines. Found it tightly packed in some loose silt and gravel. The top of it was exposed and appeared very blue. The bottom seems to have absorbed a lot of material and chipped in a few places.

I need more hands on identification so I will post back after i get a proper identification and analysis.
