One I ain't figgered out yet... octagonal 6th Infantry token
From the style, it would appear to be circa 1870-1920 or so- I compared it with other octagonal tokens in the Rulau token encyclopedia, but it isn't listed, as is the case with 90% of the tokens I've dug.
This one came up at an old house in South Carolina on last summer's vacation. The house is fairly "modern"- it only dated to 1918- but an earlier plantation house had stood there once upon a time.
