Just made the trip from SC to to Ft. Hood, TX. Made it time to see my 1st grandchild..a beautiful little girl, be born..well, I didn't actually see her then but I did about 5 mins later. Think this is one of my greatest treasures so far...well along with my wife, daughter, son and son in law..lol

Figured I would update my new digger's picture. She loves the dirt and RUNNING.

hi grandpa, u better get used to being called that. it kind of sticks after u have as many as i do. congradulations and u have been in my prayers every day since u left. ihope get to do some hunting while u are out there. u may need to relax and that is a good way to do it. i went to the fair grounds sunday and took the wife with me . i guess she must have gave me bad luck . all i found was junk . but thats the way it goes sometime. well i will let u go and see if u the little one needs some attention. again congradulations and i hope all are doing well . see u soon . swampfox

Congrats Grandpa!!!,
I have 3 granddaughters so far and my 1st grandson is due on Christmas. I'm "only" 42 and already a grandpa (my two oldest stepkids and their spouses are the parents). My oldest granddaughter just turned 2 on 4 Nov. I already have a Tesoro Compadre with a cut-down shaft waiting in the wings for her to get just a little bit older.
