For some reason it seems like more often than not, when you spot a scraper while out hunting it's lying flat side up. I'd say that for every 10 found 7 are flat side up a couple flat side down and 1 sideways. I found these two classic insitu's last evening.

That is a interesting observation concerning which way the scrapers are laying either flat side up or down. Those are a couple of nice looking scrapers.

Another interesting observation is that arrowheads found on land are mostly laying flat and not on edge...
