I found this in a park i pull old silver out of and i thought i hit something good i didnt clean it untill i got home and have no idea what it is ...i know its the same size as a quarter but thats all i know

Just curious what your detector was reading it as?......but in my opinion it does look like a slug of old. Interesting piece!

It reads as foil /nickel and i was guessing it was an old slug too but i had figured i best ask around ...
