Just got an teknetics omega 8000.I have not had I chance to take out anywhere other than the yard around the house,but this thing flips smooth out over loads very easily is this common with this detector? it gb's at around 71 I'm in south Texas I can set the sensitivity at a very low setting say around 10 threw a zinc penny on the ground to see how the pin point worked and it overloaded also when using the pp mode is it normal that the I'd screen goes blank?
