I have been looking over an old wreck site, some others have found old wine bottles, what are the old wine bottles worth, say 200 years plus, what if they are still wine filled?

No one can give you a valid estimate of value on unseen bottles. Bottles have been made for thousands of years. Some are valuable, some are not. You are providing the vaguest possible information, and expecting to learn something of worth & accuracy, based on the invisible.
