OLd wine bottle? And decanters

Bottle says, " see that every corked and branded cantrell& cochrane dublin belfast". The other i think might be a wine decanter, if its not any ideas on what it could be? is it handblown does have alot of bubbles any way to guesstimate and age? i got them both from the good will . s
