It looks like it says something directly above the center in the first pic.

hard to tell from what is left of the movement. As stated if you could get the name off the front you might get an id. Back looks to far gone to get such from there. It appears to be a lever escapement form which is the later more common version. Turn of the century froward I suspect. 1900+.

I've never seen one exactly like that, but you've got the ID right-- its definitely part of a watch.
