old Token? slice??

Heres a slice of what i believe is a token, any help or ideas would be appreciated , I found it in a field from around 1915-1930s?? its not Silver and seems it may be the size of a half dollar I'm stumped, so I thought i would throw it out there for you guys thanks in advance.

That would be a token one would want to use right away. Are you sure about the size? Anything on the other side? Definitely seems to be Token and perhaps Kaiser.
