Old-timers - - Anyone recognize this?

Was my Dad's, but I've no idea what it was all about, or what Camp Buckhill was. Our family is from Philadelphia, PA, and they rarely travelled out of the area. It's marked 20 karat gold, so I'm tempted to sell it for its gold content, but would love to learn something about it. Thanks
