Greetings everyone,

This is my first time here and i hope i came to the right place, i believe if there is anyone who can make sense of this artifact which has been in my family for three generations now would be someone here. Does any of the symbols or the name carved on it rings any bells to anyone? i tried searching online for a long time now that this is mine but i cannot find anything please help, thanks.

Yep. Good ID. He was murdered in Santa Barbara, CA in 1981.
