old silver ring

I was hunting last week end with my whites xl pro.About a foot deep I found a silver ring with 925 stamped in it.The setting is unusual white with blue swirls.It appears to have a hand applied collar.If anyone can give me any information on the history or age of this artifact it would be greatly appreciated.Thank you and good luck hunting.

It appears to be a cabochon agate or turquise stone as far as I can see.
