Me and my friend went back to the old school site again, found a lot of change and our first silver coin (1926 Mercury dime) along with a broken silver ring... :-)

Looks like you had a fun day. Congrats on the silver.

The second picture looks like a nut from a plumbing fixture ie; sink or something of that nature.......Cool finds and congrats on your Dime!......................HH

thanks guys I did have fun :-)

Very nice finds BHG!
The ring looks like it could be English, the design is similar to an 'Albert Chain'.

that's interesting I didn't think much of it... thanks :-)

Congrats on your first silver! Love finding cars too..:icon_thumright:

I would go back. There is probaly more coins there somewhere.

dang good hunt, love the silver fish

Nice finds ! If you know a silversmith /jeweler ,the ring can be completely restored - reshaped on a mandrill and resoldered ,
and i should think for a nominal fee - then what a nice ring ! Love the merc (the roaring twenties !) Argentium.

bountyhuntergirl86,

You're doing good just starting out....silver already....should be some gold just around the corner....just keep
hitting that site.

Regards + HH

Bill
