Old remington typewriter and view finder

Hi all.....thought I'll be brave.. and venture further in the forum.I have a lot of stuff I have accumulated over the last few years, besides MDing I enjoy going to the swapmeet and treasure hunt there as well.And I've sold quit a bit on e-bay.

last weekend find.
Any input from anyone that knows about these two items much appreciated.
researching now, like to know the year!!!!!!!!!
