Just getting over a cold and a sore knee, managed to get out this afternoon. Went to my old favorite high school and hunted the woods behind it again. After 20 years hunting there by me and a few others, amazingly, it's still putting out.

Today's finds:

Close-up of Seated Quarter. This coin was 10 inches deep and underneath a thick tree root. Unfortunately, I scraped against it getting it out.

Awesome find! ;D ;D

Wow, That Seated Quarter is a looker. :o Very Sweet.

20 years hunting - you must have a big collection just from that site.

Crossbow bolt at a school. Wow, The bullies musta been really tough to handle there.

Bob...nice finds, that seated quarter is in awesome shape, too bad you nicked it, but sometimes that is unavoidable..No such thing as a hunted out place!!! :)

What a wonderful quarter. The tire pressure gauge is an odd thing to find in a forest. Unless the guy with the crossbow was under a lot of pressure. :D :D :D :D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ::) ::) ::)

Love them old reliable spots...
