Once again I hit one of my pounded permissions. This time I used a different program.
The results were not even close to my last hunt but I did not get skunked.
It is rare for me to dig a complete bottle when coin hunting because my shovel tends to break them. But this bottle was just beyond my shovels initial reach and my pinpointer sounded off in a way that made me think I was close enough to the target to ditch the shovel.
Come to find out, a large piece of scrap copper was directly under the bottle
And a key with a possible date
Anyhow, not a great day for finds but the weather was perfect and a good day for learning
my new detector.
HH everyone!
