Can anyone help me with any knowledge you may have of old paintings. Found these in northeastern Pennsylvania, Allentown. This person is running a restaurant from
my family’s first settlement I believe they are of French/German origin (Huguenots)or PA Dutch from 1700’s .I was able to only photograph them and didn’t have a chance to look for a signature. Due to my friend being in a hurry.( the owner)
The settlement was an inn and a old fort and is now a restaurant. I believe them to be of importance to my heritage!
Anyone know about the clothing, the frame, paint etc...
They are 36 inches wide by 48” high
Life size
I added the “copyright”
