Old photos of German Navy at Scapa Flow

I recently got these photos from my Mother in Law. She said that they were from her Father when he was in the Navy in WWI and show German ships being scuttled at Scapa Flow. She knows that I'm into photography and Military type things so she gave them to me...any idea what they might be worth at all?
