Could you describe those hallmarks in detail for me they are a little hard to make out in the picture. Just based off the pictures it has potential to be silver but without holding it in my own hand I couldn't really tell you for sure.

It looks like silver or silver plate to me.Any wear on the handle?Look for signs of plating if theres a lot of wear.
