Old perfume bottle with jewels?

Looking like an old perfume bottle with jewels but also has a wind up knob on bottom. Hoping someone can tell me what this is. Thanks

how big is this? what happens when you wind? its not a music box on the bottom is it? i would research perfume atomizers. if the Mechinism isnt related to pressure or pumping somehow then maybe its a music box on the bottom? Really really unique piece

Look up musical perfume atomizer. Im thinking one of those knobs pumps it up and the other is for a music box in that base.

Looking at it again, yup your right. those bottoms knobs must only deal with the music box part

The atomizer bulb is missing, which makes it spray when filled. The lever on the bottom makes the musical wind up play when you pick up the atomizer, if it is wound up and working properly. Item is about 7 or 8 inches tall and I wound it slightly but it didn't do anything. Thanks for the info.
