There's some numbers on the bottom... 349.

maybe the ningbo happy dragon lock co. china...they still in buis.and that one is of a modern design.they make modern replicas of old locks as well as common types.

It was dug at a early 1900s house site that burned down in the 1950s I believe. So it has some age to it.
