Neat old padlock. No makers marks that I can see. Similar in design as some of the old US locks I see on here but the keyhole is on the front, offset to the side. Nice green patina.

Any ideas on maker and/or year?

Cant help with the ID, but its a nice relic lock for your display case.
 

Your padlock likely dates from 1910 - 20 based on the design of the shackle and off-set key. :thumbsup:

Very nice you could also do a thread search on Railroad locks Ive seen a few like that posted that would be cool. I love anything Railroad. Plus electrolysis would clean it up like new. Nice find Tommy
