Old Military Pin

Went out today and weathered the Florida cold. Went to one of my old sites and got a signal of a scratchy 60's on the AT Pro. I almost decided not to dig as most of the targets I had been digging in this range were trash but not this time. This pin was 6" down and the bad thing was my shovel hit the center of the pin and bent it as you can see I bent it back the best I could. It is pretty cool but I couldn't find any info on it other than it is from Florida Military Academy. Any info as to the date would be appreciated. Thank for looking!

Thanks! It looks like it is made of brass and the pin is silver.

The size is 3" long x 1 1/2" tall. Probably is a hat badge.
