Well, you've heard it before, it's never hunted out. I first must give credit to Coinist and Dan Clark. About a month ago I looked for some programs for my Spectrum, hoping to find a good coin program for silver. I found two that I loaded today, and went back to some old haunts. This is a part of a current military post where in the late 40's thru 60's, there used to be some housing units, all bulldozed over now. I have found a few silvers and wheaties in the past, but not too many lately. I used the coin jewelry mode then. Today I tried both of these programs. I found several wheaties and two silver dimes, 1950 and 1952. My first silver in a while. Although I found no quarters or halves, finding silver is always a delight. I honestly do believe though, that the larger silver coins were found in the early 70's, when I first started this hobbie. Still, and with help from others in the hobbie, I continue to return, and occasionally, find silver. Really enjoyed the day. Very impressed with those two programs; thanks guys...
