Old metal plaque

Found this at an old homestead in the Adirondacks, not sure what it is. Maybe plaque to a wood burning stove.

It says Something (can't make out) & Queen. PAT'D 1862 TROY NY

Using Google image search, type in "cast iron stove Troy New York", and you'll see lots of old stove images pop up! Hope you find yours. :headbang: Have fun! Andi
 

Oh yes your right. I can't find anything online though. I would love to know what it is.
 

A little enhancement shows it to say SHELDON & GREENE.

There is a Sheldon & Greene listed in the Business directory for Troy NY in 1866.

Stratton and Son set up Troy’s 6[SUP]th[/SUP] Street foundry in 1828,operating it until at least 1838; James Wager took over not laterthan 1840, and occupied it until at least 1878; Wager’s formerpartner Harvey Smith shared the same site with Wager from 1855 to1861, as Smith and Sheldon, his partner Frederick Sheldon continuingfrom 1863 to 1873 as Sheldon and Greene.
