This one might be very difficult to ID but want to give you all a shot at it. Found this old medal or medallion it is the size of a quarter on a property dating from the 1700s in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Sorry about the pictures and it might be too far gone to ID it but never know. It appears to have words around the rim and a symbol on the center. Took some dry and wet.

looks like a St. Christopher medallion

Unless you can make out some of the words, it's going to be a tough one. I've found St. Christophers and other religious medallions that look a lot like that.

Bingo, I beleive yall are right. Amazing how you can idententify with so few clues.
