I found this medallion ages ago on a beach here in NYC.....it is a little larger than a qtr. and is heavy with a loop on top.....appears to be either pewter or lead......the inscriptions are very tiny with the exception of the name in photo 1....the name appears to be Alphael or Raphael Cruga....in the four quadrants around his name are 4 words of which I can barely make out 3 with my magnifier.....those 3 appear to be Eloynu or Elognu......Agia.....and Adonay......There is more inscription around the edges{impossible to read]......But the middle circle around the 4 quadrants has the name RAPHAEL and before his name appear to be numbers 5.1.121...the wording after Raphael is impossible to read.....on the reverse side with the inverted triangle, arond the edges is the lettering.....Gloria es diverte[unreadable.unreadable,unreadable]..en seculum...again the spelling of some of these names and words may be misspelled as they are very hard to make out....please have a look as I value your opinions....relish

I am pretty sure that is a "talisman for riches" medallion bearing the seal of "great prosperity."

gloria et divitiae in domo ejus... (Latin) Glory and wealth be in his house, (and righteousness endure forever is the meaning of the other Latin stuff that follows, not included above)
So, Gloria isn't a who, but glory in Latin.

Doesn't look pewter or lead to me.

creskol is correct it's called a "riches talisman" here: Riches Talisman Wealth Pendant Necklace Amulet Prosperity Fame Money Success | eBay

The one side of your pendant looks more like the following solomonic magical seal, so the words are "Alpha and omega" in the image shown itw "Alpha & ω (omega)"

So relish looks like your wealth and fame and glory will be ok if you start wearing this, hahaha.

The gold color is from the lamp I used to take the photo......it's really silverish.
