old map dating 1900, can anybody help what does mean

Hi guys this is the map draw from the stone. Can anybody tell me what is the meaning or what shall I look for, apparently is some old treasure hidden somewhere but who knows.?
It dates from 1900 and is somewhere on the balkans.

I would help if you had a picture of the real thing, are there any other markings any other place on the object? It would also help if you could say where you found it and what you already know about it.
