Old man going to Alaska

Maby 59 is not that old ,but anyways .I am planning a trip to Valdez Alaska. how cool is that? I want to prospect mostly. .Any advise would be great .So I can pack the right stuff to take along. any thoughts on hauling something out there and selling it.fly home.what would be easy to sell there. If you have a lot to say OK to call me .

I forgot to say my plans are for Valdez are for next summer. I have a long time to collect stuff I will need . One thing is a side arm.
