Today I went to a site I have pounded in the past. I found a cool old store token. This is the second token like this I have found. The first one I found 3 of 4 feet from where this one was found at the same site last year. The last pic shows them together again. A site is never hunted out.

Can Anybody Find Any Info On How Old This Store Is!!!!!, I Live In Mountain Lake MN And Can't. Nobody's Has Heard Of It. It Must Not Have Been Around That Long?

Doesn't seem to be anything. Not that old a town, and not that large. And I would think early businesses might be mentioned in a history, such as "A history of the settlement of German Mennonites from Russia, at Mountain Lake, Minnesota", by Ferdinand Peter Schultz, which is supposed to have originally been a 1938 masters thesis that was published in book form and is now kind of pricey ($210). Someone around there probably has a copy or knows where one can be seen.
