The Blade I found that day and points................
All the points are Kings Corner Notch..........slight variation-but not much
So the Blade is Woodland...................most likely
There was a Huge <<<<<<<<Kings Corner Notched camp at the Quarry site......

This website dont give much space for the typing............
The Kings Corner Notched is a point that lasted for the most part of 3000 years
The broken point top right.............goes with the bottom point left................those are of the later time period.............
The point top left goes with the point bottom right...........see the resharpened stem.........
Those are of the early period...................
But some early Kings were 3 inch.................and very well knapped,,,
I probably have 25 Kings from the Quarry..............
and I find them at other sites.................

Found this point on Blufftop nearby................
A Deer almost stepped on it..........

The N.W.Ark erosion found points..............
have to do with animals, wet, dry, frozen ground and the fact the Ozarks are Plateau......
And this sort of landform...................erodes the same as Colorado........but its more desert up there then here.............................
I find Early Archaic points eroding right out the soil..............in 1/4 mile area!
And found a San Patrice point that tumbled out of a very shallow depth for soil erosion..............
at the Lake,,,,
The Ozarks are dissected plateau.................with a River flowing to the Arkansas River
and a River flowing to the Mississippi River................There are many Lakes here due to Dams unlike Colorado we have Lakes...................and the wave erosion tears right into the edge of Plateau exposing artifacts everywhere..
