Jeff and I got permission to detect an old house that is slated for demolition in Yellow Springs. A local archeologist told us about it.

Nice finds Terry. Maybe you'll have some more time or did you hit it pretty hard?
That house looks too nice to destroy :-\

Hey,

Make sure you tell Jeff (if he doesn't know already) 1921 is a key date Mercury!

I'm with Gypsy on this one... I love that house, it doesnt look like its in that bad of shape, a shame but maybe you can still hunt more and even after they take it down, possibilities right?

HEY,WAIT! That's my office!

Thanks for the comments all. The supossed spirits in the picture are reflection from raindrops. We were in and out of rain and heavy mist there all day. We were alright under the trees then we would hit some open area or the wind would blow and we would get soaked.

Some people in this town are weird, so we don't know what all we will find at this site. One guy was trying to get a job with the property manager that told us about the place. The manger said he could not hire the guy as he was wearing a Mumu, tied-dyed dress and a bra, and that his clients might be scarred by his appearance. The guy told the manager that it was his makeup--right!

More story to follow and maybe the dime pics--if Jeff will turn loss of them for photographing.

And Scratch--get a new office!

Hope you two can hit that place again.....enough keeper's for me to hit that thing hard before she goes down.Great Job Guy's

A '21 merc is not a cheap coin. It's up there with a '16d.
