Hi , my son and I received permission last year to MD this property , the history is the original land owner had several hundreds of acres here and farmed and raised horses which he sold to the military, and was a very rich man.
legend says he did not trust banks so buried his cash, his family sold off all his land close to 50 years ago and the house was demolished 30 years ago, this is a view of the house site which had a house, barn and outhouse.
we have MD 2 times so far and found a few coins but all were pennies and nickels , nothing silver or gold. we did find 2 mason jar lids which got my old heart a pumping thinking there was a busted jar with it but no such luck.
if some one or even a couple people could check this site and tell me if you feel there is anything there I would appreciate it. if not maybe I can zoom out and do a photo of more land since he owned more and maybe its not close to his house ? but history shows they usually bury it within site of the house.
again any help would be great , thanks

Green for archaeological such as old foundation sites, can include non-metallic targets including carved stones or Native American flints. Check the red spots for metal detecting. Not sure what was in the yellow box area, but seemed down to 3-4 feet deep.
