I'm having trouble figuring out what I have here. After a lot of searching, I found that the makers mark "CC B Co" is Coca Cola Bottling. Could somebody here help fill in the blanks? It stands about 7" tall if that matters. And if anyone that knows what this is could tell me a reasonable ballpark selling price, that would help a ton as well. I run an antique store and don't want to overcharge nor sell for way too cheap. Thanks in advance.

It reminds me of a Perrier spring water bottle from the 1970's. How far up does the seam go on the side of the bottle? That would give you a better idea as to the age of it.

Hello Bayview,

You have a ten pin style, crown capped soda bottle that dates to the first quarter of the 20th Century. It does not command much in the way of monetary value, maybe $2-$5, on a good day. It likely contained ginger ale. Where was it found?

I found it at a thrift store. Whoever had it before that, who knows? It does have the appearance of having spent a bit of time underwater. Possibly in Lake Michigan here.

I didn't think I won the lotto with this one. Figured the price range was on the low side. Still would be nice to know what I'm talking about when someone asks.

A tip I learned from a Coke collector and easy to remember. If it says Coca Cola in the traditional script style of writing it contained Coke and if old, is likely worth a few bucks. If it has Coca Cola in block letters or other markings like yours it contained something else and was simply bottled by a Coca Cola plant and is usually not worth alot. There are exceptions of course.

Yeah, I did read somewhere about a similar bottle that was for seltzer water or one of the various soft drinks made by CC. So, The general consensus is Coke bottled but not Coke, from early quarter of 1900's, $5ish in value?
