Woods hunting has gotten pretty tough after last Sat. snow,trees down EVERYWHERE,not much room to swing.Did manage this reel though,and a button! God Bless HH Chris

Very nice reel,
1906-1917: Reels and miscellaneous products were stamped "A. F. Meisselbach & Bro, Newark, N.J. USA"
1918-1921: Tackle was stamped "A. F. Meisselbach Mfg. Co., Newark, N.J. USA"
1922-1941: Reels were stamped "A. F. Meisselbach Mfg. Co., Elyria, Ohio, USA". Some of the less expensive plastic casting reels are unmarked.

Some of those old reels can be worth a few $$, good finds!
 

send a pic to bass master magazine and they will tell you what it is worth...

Colin,The more I search the streams around here,Settled in 1635,the older things I find,1720-1790 Georgian shoe buckle,I would really like to break into the 1600's though! God Bless HH Chris
